A quick and easy salad!
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 (4 oz) cans tiny shrimp
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Break up lettuce into bite size pieces into a bowl.
- Dice the red onion and add to the lettuce.
- Open the cans of shrimp and drain but Do Not rinse and add to the lettuce along with the salt and pepper.
- Add the mayo by folding it in until all the lettuce is coated and serve.
