A hot and spicy veggie burger.
- 1 box veggie burgers
- 1 jar pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1 head lettuce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp relish
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- Cook veggie burger on grill or in pan.
- Toast rolls by buttering inside and laying face-down on grill/pan.
- Make Russian Dressing: Mix together 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp sweet relish, and 2 tbsp horseradish.
- When burger is done cooking place it on bottom roll. Top with jalapeno pickled peppers, Russian dressing and lettuce.
