- 3 cups peanuts
- 1 lb milk or dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Melt chocolate in double boiler with oil.
- Add peanuts to melted chocolate and mix.
- Drop 1 teaspoon of nut mixture onto cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
- Put in freezer for 10 minutes, until set.
- Place in air tight container. Store at room temperature.
