A quick and easy way to prepare cabbage.
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Dice the onion.
- Heat oil in skillet and add onion and garlic, cooking until onion is transparent.
- Add cabbage and cook 5 minutes with cover on.
- Remove from pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
