Since our founding over 70 years ago, we’ve always taken great pride in our clean and well-run stores, and we know this is more important than ever right now. On top of our regular cleaning procedures, Cosentino’s stores are adding team hours to help make our routines even more rigorous. This means more time will be spent dedicated to cleaning our stores.
For our customers, we are focusing on the following actions:
• Cleaning commonly used areas more often, including major touchpoints such as cashier check stands, self-checkouts, conveyor belts, food service counters, and Customer Service areas.
• Sanitizing restrooms more frequently and monitoring supplies such as soap and paper products.
• Adding extra hand sanitizer at checkout, food service counters, and Pharmacy
• Wiping down shopping carts, carry baskets and mobility carts.
And of course, we’re committed to taking care of our team. We’re providing them with up-to-the-moment guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their families safe. We’re encouraging our associates to closely monitor their own health and well-being, and sick team members are reminded to stay home per CDC guidelines.
Our teams are working hard to make sure that the products you want are available when you need them. As demand for cleaning products, medicine, pantry stock-up items and more remains high, we’re working with our suppliers to ensure needed products are sent to our stores as quickly as possible.
Lastly, due to supply constraints we are implementing some purchase limits on certain high demand items in order to accommodate as many of our customers as possible.
